30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.

Eligibility & Exceptions

・To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

・Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm a manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return

2,Order number and date of purchase.

3,Detailed description of the issue.

Process
Once we verify your request, we will provide the return shipping address. After the defect is confirmed upon receipt of the item, we will process your refund immediately.
